Andria Zimmerman is a Real Estate Specialist at Foote Financial Group and a REALTOR® with Resource Real Estate Group. Since 2019, she has helped clients navigate a wide range of real estate needs, including traditional residential transactions, investment properties, and land sales and acquisitions. 

A native Kansan and graduate of Kansas State University, Andria spent several years living in Ohio and Colorado with her husband before returning to Kansas permanently in 2017. Prior to her career in real estate, she worked in elementary education, where she developed strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills that continue to benefit her clients today. 

Known for her dedication, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, Andria is committed to helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals with confidence. 

Outside of work, Andria enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her children's activities. She coaches her daughter's competitive travel softball team and can often be found at the ballpark or in the stands cheering on her kids. Andria and her husband, Lance, have been married since 2005 and are proud parents of two active children, Lawson and Macie.
